I believe yoga is designed to be our best friend on this journey we call life. When we make use of the practices of yoga in our daily lives it increases our wellbeing, groundedness and joy. It makes us glow.

I have been practising yoga for 20+ years and teaching for 6+ years.

My favourite style of yoga asana to teach is slow and connected to the breath, the body and our energy, making it a perfect match to a relaxing retreat.

Each of my bespoke classes are accessible to all levels, and bring the focus back to what really matters about the practice - presence.

A 30, 60 or 90 Minute class designed for your retreat
A slow, accessible and grounding practice to leave your guests feeling refreshed.
Nourishing Yin Yoga is designed to bring calm and balance. It is the antidote to a tired body, and an overstimulated mind.
With a combination of grounding floor-based poses, concentrated breath, supportive props, and a generous amount of time in each pose - this style of yoga is accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

I will offer your guests guidance to access each pose in a way that is most supportive for them, making use of props to allow them to fully let go and relax.
​
As fascia and tightness releases - tension melts away and what is left is a sense of peace and centredness.
​
A great way to ease into a multi day retreat, or end a day retreat.
​
You provide the space and the props, and I arrive to teach at the allocated time.
